When you're ready to choose a plan, simply enter your credit card information on the My Account > Plans & Billing
page within your Slickplan account. This activates monthly or annual recurring billing. There are no contracts with Slickplan — you may cancel at any time.
How can I manage my billing?
Account owners can access purchase history, invoices, payment settings, and change plans on the My Account > Plans & Billing page within your Slickplan account. Additional admins on the account can be granted permissions to do the same.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
All major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
We accept invoices for annual purchases that meet a minimum fee. Contact our support staff at [email protected] for more info.
What happens when my trial ends?
You can upgrade to the plan of your choice at any time during or after the 14-day trial period. But if you don't, no worries. You don't need to cancel — and you'll never be billed. You can still access your current sitemap through our free plan.
Can I use Slickplan for free?
There will always be a free version of Slickplan. Keep in mind that you'll be limited to one sitemap, basic functionality, a single user, limited support, and won't be able to share your sitemap except via a web link.
Can I change my plan?
You can make changes to your plan at any time by changing your plan type on the My Account > Plans & Billing page within your Slickplan account. Upgraded plans will be prorated the difference of your last purchase if made mid billing cycle. We do not offer refunds on downgrades made during the middle of a billing cycle.
