A project organizational chart visually depicts who is responsible for what and how teams are assembled to work together.
The purpose of a project organizational chart is to allow those involved with a project to easily see who has what responsibility and can also serve to facilitate collaboration.
Project organizational charts are used by project managers and team members.
Maintain consistent spacing between symbols; format flow from left to right or top to bottom; format to one page; use the appropriate symbol for each step (diamond shapes for decisions, rectangles for processes)
