What happens to existing projects in my account?

All of your existing projects are still available to you on the Slickplan 2.0 platform. The only thing that's changed is that your sitemaps and diagrams have a more modern, polished look and you'll be able to use our new tools and functionality to edit them.

Has Slickplan pricing changed?

Slickplan pricing hasn't changed with the release of Slickplan 2.0. You get the new platform with all its new functionality for the same price as before. Enjoy!

If something isn't working, what should I do?

We've worked hard to iron out all the kinks but if you find a bug or something not working the way you'd expect please don't hesitate to report it. Sending us an email with a detailed description and attached screenshots would be really helpful. The quickest way to do that is here on our contact page . Our support and technical staff will be in contact with you to quickly resolve any issues. If you need immediate assistance we're typically available via live chat Monday through Friday during extended business hours Eastern Time (ET).
